I was in Edinburgh today and just had to pay Stampers Grove a visit.  I bought 3 lovely stamps and some tartan papers.  I thought I'd let you see the stamps, I've not used them yet as I'm much too tired from walking all over central Edinburgh and shall be going to bed shortly.  I hope you have had a lovely day!

Hi Crafters and welcome to my blogg.  Well unlike those of you who live further south the weather here has not been great.  It has been warm  and it has been wet and there has not been a lot of sunshine.  I have spent the week painting the kitchen units that I had up in what used to be my craft-room till my eldest moved back home.  That was a couple of years ago and I only got round to binging the units down to my dining/craft room over the last month.  That's them painted and filled with boxes full of craft stash.  So feeling quite pleased with myself.  I even managed to make 2 cards this week.  Hope you like them.
Images on both cards are from an old calendar, die-cut flowers are Crealies creative flowers. Red borders are Spellbinders Morrocon accents and the doily is from CheeryLynn, English tea party.Silk flowers and ribbon from my stash.

Afternoon crafters, it's a cool dull windy day here in the central belt but at least it is dry.  Just very quickly on to add another card I made last night.  Now off the the shops via Hobbycraft.  Must pop in just in case there are any bargains to be had lol!.  Hope you all have a lovely day and hope the sun is shining where you are.

Evening folks, it's been a dry warm day here today.  I do hope you have had some nice weather where you are.  End of the 2nd week of our school holidays and I'm already in the mood for strangling my granddaughter lol!.  I can't get near the pc for her always being on it.  So here I am, almost bed time and just now grabbing my 2nd shot of the day.  Just one card to
add tonight.  I used a square card blank Anja corner die, lilac gems, Fay Whittaker stamp from Joanna Sheen and coloured with distress inks.
Thanks for popping by and or taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it.

Another rainy day, it did brighten up for a while but didn't last.  I have been painting and decorating my downstairs toilet  this week but still found time to make another card.  Used a white card blank, free papers, the light blue one came from Making Cards mag and the dark blue from Creativity mag.  I think the stamp was a Hobbycraft stamp, as usual I forgot to keep a hold of the details.   I hope you are having a good week so far.  Take care.

Evening to all who visit, it's been a lovely dry day here in Central Scotland, there were even some signs of blue sky.  It definitely makes you feel happier when the sun shines.  Not much to show this week.  I've just made a fat page for the swap over on Docrafts.  Our remit was Falling leaves or Autumn I went for falling leaves.   I used a Tim Holts paper for the background and then stamped the Clarity silver birch trees and coloured them in with Distress pens (tea dye and aged mahogany).  Masked them off and stamped the little fence.  Sorry I don't know what make it is as I bought it quite a few years ago at the Art stamp Exhibition in Edinburgh.  I love it!  Stamped and punched the fallen leaves. That's it for now but I did buy some Marianne xmas dies so hope to have a play with them over the weekend, lets see what I can come up with.  Thanks for popping by and for any comments you leave.

Two cards in one day must be a record for me.   Another card using Nancy Watt papers free with Making Cards magazine and free stamp from creativity magazine.  Memory Box poppies, flowers and gems from my stash.
Afternoon to anyone hopping over from DC .  I have managed to make another card this morning for one of my atc buddies over on Docrafts.  It's been a lovely quiet morning as my grand-daughter was on a sleepover  last night and is still not home.  Might get a second card done before she does get back lol!
I've used a card blank, backing paper, flowers, pearls and card candi from my stash,   Spellbinders and Marriane dies.   The stamp is from the Creativity magazine,  I coloured the dress using a distress pen (dusty concord)  the frame looks more lilac in real life and is shaded lilac from the spring collection distress ink. Thanks for visiting.

Hi to everyone who visits, it's another damp and rainy day here again well it would be as I'm getting my haircut today.  My hairdresser knows to bring her brolly when I'm due to come in lol!
Made my first card in over a week for my sons birthday next week.  Not sure if I'm happy with it but it's done now. I used a Michael Powell stamp I bought last week and coloured in using distress pens.
