Some new atc at last

I've finally made some stamped atc for two 3 4 3 swaps.  First 3 came easy but after that nothing went right but eventually got the 6 made.  I just have to put the backs on them ready for posting on Tuesday.  That's the part I hate doing, that and putting addresses on the envelopes.  It feels like office work and I hated the short time I spent working in an office.
Each background was sponged with Cosmic shimmer mist

Sorry I can't remember where all the stamps came from.  I never had a reason to take note before but I will try to do better.

Craft time with Grandaughter

Last night Lauren age 11 asked if we could craft after her Dad went out.  She chose to do  4"x4" pages and did 2 last night.  While she was doing that I made 1 atc.  Once she had decided what she wanted to do I had to make her slow down and take her time.  She is always in a hurry!  I gave her the choice to use papers or inks.  She chose inks and stamping and made a good job of masking for the first time  She was very pleased with her finished pages and asked me to put them in my DC gallery and I thought I would add them here as well.
First page
using distress inks and used the clock stamp that came free with Craft Stamper mag. The image came from a magazine I think.
Distress inks again and another free stamp, sorry I can't remember where it came from. The panda was masked and a country gate stamped over.
Another atc made from my stash

One more atc added

Last night was spent tidying the garden and cutting hedges but I still found time before bed to throw an atc together.  I love the little images which are from a book of papers called "People and Places" by Crafty Individuals.  I've had them about a year and only used about a half dozen of them.  I've spent so much time lately trying to improve my stamping I'd forgotten about all the ATC sized stash I have.  I'm quite enjoying going back to my roots kind of crafting. So will definitely be doing more of these.

Busy busy busy

Hello to anyone who visits and thanks for taking the time to look around.
Well I just seem to be so busy this last week or 2 and not really getting a lot done craft wise.  I even bought a card for my sons birthday.  I've not done that since I started card making many years ago.  I have made a couple of atc's and a few pages in what I call my stamp diary, a place where I am trying to keep a note of all the stamps I have.  Ofcourse if I keep buying stamps it will never be finished.  Anyway just 1 atc to add today.

Todays new technique

Today I had to make an atc using the resist technique but my mind went completely blank and I could not remember how to do it.  So I went on-line for some instructions and these are the results.  Now I need to find a use for the background ones.

ONE MORE

I managed to make one more atc last night.  This one had to have a quote on it.  I don't have any decent quotes so used this stamp.  I think I've had it a couple of years but can't remember using it before.

Feeling sleepy

I was going to craft this afternoon but as I sit here my eyes are closing so I think I might have an afternoon nap and craft later.  Last night I only managed to do one atc, stamped poppies and coloured with oil pastels.  It took me ages to do last night though if I'm honest I spent half the night looking for my paints.

Yesterdays efforts

Yesterday was a hectic day for me but I still managed to make 2 atc's,  I'm not all that pleased with them as they did not come out as I had imagined.  Perhaps I was in too much of a hurry.  Maybe I'll redo them for the hosted swap I'll see.
