Good evening fellow crafters, it's been ages since I was on my blog.  I've only made 2 cards since last time.  Still being kept very busy with my puppy.  The 2 cards I've made are for my granddaughter who will be 13 and my niece who will be 14.  It took me a week and a half to make the owl card 2 versions went in the bin. I eventually changed the shape of card I was using and it worked out.  The other card was a dawdle in comparison.

6"x 6" card Stamped image from IndigBlu "Mr Darcy" stamp set
Spellbinders majestic squares, Martha Stewart border punch, flowers and ribbon from my stash. Typed sentiment
2nd card 5" x 7" used tied together embossing folder, blue paper free with mag.  owls free with mag I think.  Ribbon and lace and gems from stash. Happy birthday stamp from magazine freebie set, spellbinders scalloped circle die with love stamp from stash.
Thanks for visiting my blog I do hope you have a lovely weekend.
Anne x

  12. They are both beautiful cards and I'm sure they will be chuffed to bits with them. Isn't it funny how some cards come together really quickly and others take ages. You'd never tell from the cards which one took you longest, they are both fab! Hope you are having a great bank holiday weekend. Love Maddy x

  18. I love the owl card. I recently bought the owl stamp as I love owls and have made some patchwork style owls by paper piecing but not got round to sticking them onto a card. I love how they're paired on your branch with a little one in the middle. Very cute xx
